UCP of Central Ohio works hard to offer quality programs designed to promote self reliance, present choices, and improve the quality of life for people with disabilities and aging conditions.
Aging conditions include but are not limited to:
- Stroke-related conditions
- Alzheimer’s Disease
- Chronic medical illnesses
- Dementia
- Diabetes
- Auditory/Visual impairments
- Cardiovascular Disease
Disabilities include but are not limited to:
- Epilepsy
- Multiple Sclerosis
- Huntington’s Disease
- Parkinson’s Disease
- Traumatic Brain Injury
- Cerebral Palsy
- Mental Retardation
- Developmental Disabilities
UCP offers facility and community-based services which allow individuals to receive services at the UCP Center and at the Reese Adult Day Center in Newark. We provide training and support through three Adult Day Programs and the Careers Unlimited Employment Program.

UCP serves over 185 participants and families in Central Ohio. We have a staff of approximately 40 who are committed to the delivery of quality services for each of the areas we serve. Working together with the individual, families and caregivers, we strive to provide the knowledge and tools necessary to achieve the dreams and expectations of those we serve.
