you shop at Kroger, simply use your Kroger Plus Card (after registering
your card number), and you are making a donation to UCP of Central
Ohio!
It only takes 5 minutes to sign up. Follow these simple steps: STEP #1:
- Log online to www.krogercommunityrewards.com
- Click on the purple Ohio link
- Click on enroll at the bottom of the page
STEP #2 (If you already have a Kroger Plus Card, skip to Step #3):
- Register as a new customer
- Click sign up today
- Complete form and click confirm
- Click the link in your confirmation e-mail and follow the instructions
- Follow Step #1 again
- Verify your Kroger Plus Card number and click save changes
- Enter our number 83709 and select UCP of Central Ohio
- Click save changes at the bottom of the page
